Return Policy

All sales are final and come with a 1 year Mitchell Lewis & Staver warranty. Exchanges will be made for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the order to alert us of the damage, and then return the damaged item to Mitchell Lewis & Staver. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the damaged product.
