1. I want to return my purchase? What do I do?
We’re sorry, all sales are final however; exchanges will be made for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the order to alert us of the damage or receiving the incorrect product, and then return the product to Mitchell Lewis & Staver. Upon receipt of the product, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned product.
2. Do purchases from the HotList site come with a warranty?
Mitchell Lewis & Staver warrants products are free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping and handling, which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.
1. How does ordering process work on the HotList site?
After submitting your order, a representative of Mitchell Lewis & Staver will review the order and send you an Order Acknowledgement confirming the contents of you order and provide you with an order number. Should you have any questions upon receipt of the Order Acknowledgement, please call the number located at the top of the Acknowledgement and reference the order number provided. Please note, you purchase may be coming from multiple Mitchell Lewis & Staver warehouses resulting in multiple Order Acknowledgements.

No. Quantities of products are limited and when they are gone, they are gone. With this in mind our HotList website is your best resource for clearance and overstock products.

We’re sorry. All HotList items are aggressively discounted and when they are gone, they are gone. When you see something you’re interested in, move quickly to increase your success in purchasing the product. HotList items may only be available in specific stocking location(s), therefore we are unable to pull items from alternate locations to fulfill HotList orders unless the product is deemed a HotList item in an alternate stocking location. Be sure to visit the HotList site regularly as new items are continually being added to the site.
